Theresa Volpe

I was born in the countryside of South Germany. I moved to Hamburg to study Design in my BA when I was 18. During this time I went to Jerusalem for an exchange Semester at Bezalel University. Later I switched to the Art Academy to study painting under Anselm Reyle at HfbK Hamburg. In 2014 I moved to London for my MFA in Fine Arts at Goldsmiths University, where I graduated in 2016. In London I was holding a DAAD scholarship for Fine Arts. Back in Germany I continued to study painting in the class of Katharina Grosse at the Art Academy in Düsseldorf. Today I am living and working in Berlin and London.
