Massimo Sansavini [Forlì 1961], dopo gli studi al Liceo Artistico e all'Accademia di Belle Arti di Ravenna si specializza in tecnologia del legno e nell'utilizzo di resine industriali e polimeri applicati al legno.
Massimo Sansavini [Forlì 1961], after studying at the Art School and the Academy of Fine Arts of Ravenna, specialized in wood technology and the use of industrial resins and polymers applied to wood.
Since 1999, at the invitation of the director of the Sao Paulo Art Biennial Brazil, Fabio Maghalaes, he spends three years in Brazil to create sculpturesr exhibited at the Mu.B.E Museo Brasileiro da Escultura of Sao Paulo, at the Italian Embassy in Brasilia, at the MCE Museu of Porto Alegre and at the Museu Nacional de Belas Artes of Rio de Janeiro, also by architect Oscar Niemeyer known in Rio.
He has made various sets for RAI, italian broadcasting television, including the horoscope of Paolo Fox, present on television for over 14 years.
In 2004 he is present in the exhibition from Picasso to Botero, to the civic museum of Arezzo by Vittorio Sgarbi and Giovanni Faccenda with the patronage of the President of Republic.
In 2007 he created the Neverland traveling exhibition for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, exhibited in Berlin, Hamburg, Wolfsburg and Nuremberg by Maurizio Vanni and Maurizio Sciaccaluga, presented by Renato Cristin.
In 2009 he began working with the Maison Enrico Coveri, for which he created designs for fashion and design collections.
In 2010 it is included in the exhibition "Road to Futurism" at the National Museum of China in Beijing and at the Guangdong Art Museum in Canton sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and by the Ministry of Cultural Activities by Sabrina Raffaghello.
From 2013 he began to deal with social issues, in particular the question of migrants.
In 2015 he was able to access the ex LORAN military base, in Lampedusa Italy, with the exclusive authorization of the Court of Agrigento, to withdraw the hulls of migrants and realize the project "Touroperator" a traveling exhibition started in 2016, curated by Valeria Arnaldi and Daniela Brignone.
