Beyond Germany's borders, Nema embarked on various international missions for the GTZ (Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit), particularly focusing on school construction and educational planning. Her work took her to locations such as Bangkok, Hanoi, and Papua New Guinea, where she played a crucial role in shaping educational environments.

Nema's artistic journey didn't stop at architecture; she ventured into the world of painting with a unique flair. Her canvas expanded to include not only traditional large-scale acrylic works but also experimental pieces utilizing diverse materials, such as acrylic and plastic film, demonstrating her innovative approach.

For the past decade, she has also delved into digital art, embracing the ever-evolving digital medium as a canvas for her creative expression. Today, Nema Seidel continues her artistic exploration as the Managing Director of Galerie-Raumhoch in Tübingen. The gallery serves as a platform for her own projects, showcasing her large-scale artworks and a curated selection of works by fellow artists.
