Biography

I was born and I now live and work in Romania.

I have two beautiful girl and one wife J

Living as an artist it is not easy. I  struggle to make time between work (providing for my family), family (spending quality time with my children and my wife) and creating art.

Creating art, painting my thoughts, feelings, dreams, sometimes is hard. I need space (physical and mental), I need quiet time to reach the deepness from where the “art” comes.   Also my family had inspired me several times. I just loved to paint my girls playing or sleeping with their mother, my wife being pregnant or breastfeeding my girls.

My oldest girls was born with hearing loss and had four surgeries. After the first one, which had the most impact on me,  I painted her on the hospital bed suffering. I heard someone asking at an exhibition (they did not saw me) :“Who would paint a sick girl?”….so I am that person, I am that artist, who puts his feelings, sorrows, dreams and happiness on canvas.
