DMAV _ Social art Ensemble
is a Northern Italy-based social art collective that operates in the field of public and social art, with a specific focus on urban spaces reactivation and community development. In 2017 DMAV has been included in The Independent Project my MAXXI Museum in Rome. In 2018 DMAV started the collaboration with Torino NESXT Art Network. In 2020 the book “Terraforma” about the first ten years of DMAV work has been published, written by Olga Gambari for Comunicarte Edizioni.
DMAV creates immersive spaces in order to help the community to explore relations and to enhance a shared awareness.The vision involves the possibility of bringing beauty back in deserted places, generating a forms of social consciousness.
