I’m free and spontaneous artist painter, expressing myself in multiple painting styles. Over 20 years of my artistic adventure, I have created more than 200 arts (mostly paintings), with more than 10 exhibitions internationally. I have a PhD in arts from Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, giving lectures, seminars and workshops, as sharing knowledge about art is my true passion, alongside the painting.
See more extended biography of mine, here under below:
I was born in Koszalin (Poland) in 1984. I graduated the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, where I obtained a master’s degree in easel painting in 2009 in the masterclass of prof. Jerzy Ostrogórski and prof. Witosław Czerwonka.
Between 2011-2015, I worked as an assistant in the drawing studio of the Design Institute of the Koszalin University of Technology, together with prof. Elżbieta Kalinowska – Motkowicz. In 2012, I implemented a scholarship project of the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, which culminated in an individual exhibition at the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle in Szczecin (Poland).
In 2015, I defended my PhD in arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, with my thesis’s theme ” The mythology of the painting structures, as a way to discover the identity of the modern architecture in Poland in 50’s – 80’s”.
In the years 2016-2020, I was a professor’s assistant at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Koszalin University of Technology, conducting numerous scientific and artistic research. As part of my university work,
I created a priprtietary teaching program for students: “The basics of painting” and I developed an innovative didactic program for the Department of Speculative Design. In the years 2012 – 2021, I organized over 10 individual exhibitions, including an exhibition at BWA in Piła (Poland). I took part in numerous group exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
I am spontaneous and unpredictable artist, looking for artistic expression in all media forms, from easel painting, through artistic graphics (screen printing, lithography, photography), including experimental techniques such as printing in melted glass, robotics, videos and performance.
These days, my main focus is put on painting, where I play with an original language of expression, adequate to my current state of emotional experience. This allows me to not be defined by one artistic style and to create something new every time. Therefore don’t sink into the routine and the compromises in my artistic expression, which is my key value as an artist.
