Has worked over 20 years on the highest, possible level as a Pastry Chef and Master Chocolatier around the globe. He won Gold at the 'Culinary Olympics" in Berlin, which is the highest possible achievement within the industry and was also awarded as "Master Chocolatier of the year" in the US (2017). Since then he has worked full-time as an artist and does a lot of individual projects and commissioned artworks, presentations on stage and performances around the globe for corporate companies, wealthy clients, TV-stations, Academies, Institutes, festivals, shows, galleries and museums.He is a pioneer in establishing "chocolate crystals" as an art-form.
He has received 8 gold medals internationally,
23 awards and far over
200 + publications in several media on 4 continents so far.
Further on he has launched three books:
1) "Science meets chocolate art" (2020), where chocolate artworks are paired with science experts from NIHS (CH), AMOLF (NL), Stanford University (US) and many others. A Novum.
2) "Chocolate Crystals - the soul of chocolate" (2018)
3) "The chocolate table" Hong Kong project (2018).
In recent years he has spent more time on creating artworks in bronze, stone and other media to explore the creative universe outside his chocolate bubble. Now it's time to exhibit more and to share his artworks with the world.
