Bernardo Molinas Agnellini, Italian-Argentinian citizen, was born in
Argentina and moved to Italy 33 years ago where, as a PhD in Physics, he worked

60 recognized publications, some of which in the Cultural Heritage and
Frescoes sector (Score 25, above 80% of members)].
- In the Drawing, Painting and Frescoes sector:
At the age of 11, he attended the first year of the School of Fine Arts
(Liceo Municipal de Artes Visuales) in the city of Santa Fe (Argentina), with a
special permit requested by his Elementary School (Escuela Berrutti N° 579 of
Santo Tomè, Santa Fe) even though the requirement was to have completed primary
school. He subsequently carried out technical and artistic drawing for 7 years
at the Escuela Industrial Superior in Santa Fe.
He studied with the Argentine masters Oscar Esteban Luna (painter,
National Award of Argentina), A. Oliva (School of Fine Arts of Santa Fe) and
with the Venetian masters Gianfranco Cavizzago, Silvano Bertaggia, Nadia
Costantini, Giorgio Pettener and Roberta De Toffoli ( Nude course). With the
master Luciano Zarotti (ex-professor for 40 years at the Academy of Fine Arts
of Venice) and the artist Dorina Petronio he attended two of their workshops
(intensive and practical courses on the fresco technique, ancient pictorial
techniques and restoration of ancient murals in the Teson Grande of the
“Quarantine”, on the Lazzaretto Nuovo Island, Venice), organized by the
Archeoclub d'Italia Sede di Venezia.
He paints with oil, tempera, "egg tempera with phosphors"
(original method by B. Molinas Agnellini for his paintings known as the 'Double
Reading' series, to be observed with white light and Ultraviolet light), and also
using the “Buon Fresco” technique (inorganic pigments and water, fresh lime and
river sand).
In the early 1990s he painted frescoes on building panels (wood chips
and magnesite; with arriccio and various day plasters) which are found in
private collections (Ponte di Brenta, Padua, former Hotel Palace-Cittadella).
In 1996 he painted the first wall fresco in Venice-Mestre, Via Catullo
52: “Homage to Giambattista 1696-1996”, precisely in the year of the
celebration of his birth, 300 years earlier.
In 1998 he received the "Jury Prize", for a fresco on a building
panel ("The sought after city"), in the 14th "Renato
Marinato" Competition, Marghera (Venice), with the following motivation:
"... for take an ancient pictorial technique and propose it again in
modern language"
In Italy he painted 3 wall frescoes: one for the aforementioned private
collection in Via Catullo, Venice-Mestre; a second for the Hotel Bellavista, in
Dosoledo, Belluno, at the invitation of Maestro Vico Calabrò and collaborating
with Maestro Mario Fait, in 2019; a third in Marostica in 2021, collaborating
as a Master with the Project Director Arch. Roberto Meneguzzo.
In Italy, in the third millennium, painting on building panels but
always "in a workmanlike manner" with ‘arriccio’ and various day
plasters, in 2015 he painted two large frescoes installed in the Chapel of
Sant'Elena in the Church of Sant'Elena (Venice ) and in 2019 2 frescoes for the
Museum of Don Baldo in the Parish of San Michele Arcangelo in Puegnago del
Garda, the city where the Blessed was born. [see for example:

In Argentina he painted 6 wall frescoes, perhaps the first and only ones
in the 21st century (in Quilmes-Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, San Justo and
Unquillo-Còrdoba) personally and with collaborators from schools of fine arts
and with the hope of Municipalities of the aforementioned localities.

EGG-TEMPERA WITH HIGH LUMINISCENT PHOSPHORS
Regarding the "phosphors", used as innovative pigments for the
egg tempera in the "Double Reading" paintings, Molinas, as a PhD in
Physics, had participated in their production (through the characterization of
their response: the measurement of the three characteristic colours blue, red
and green), to be used for TV and computer screens, in a research center on
innovative materials in Porto Marghera, Venice (Veneziatecnologie SpA of the
ENI group).
Oil paintings, frescoes, standard tempera or egg tempera with phosphors
are found in private collections in Los Alamos and Colorado (USA), Padua, Ponte
