Nate Art is a brand which was established in 2018 by Anathi Mkafu. I customise clothes with paintings and drawings. I draw realistic pictures on the clothes also drawing portraits. I’m first and foremost a creator. I paint, draw, take photos, edit photos, write, and anything else that falls under “creating.” Most of my creating involves painting on denim and taking/editing photos for Instagram and this website!
My biggest passion aside from creating is open a big shop. I want to opens shops in different places so that people can get my artworks. Travel opens my mind, allows me to experience new cultures, gives me the opportunity to see the artworks I spent hours studying in college, and is where I get most of my inspiration for drawing and painting.
Instead of using canvas like old Artist I came up with new style of customising the clothes. I inspire the youth to stop depending on other people work on your craft.
I have one goal – to make high quality fashion brands accessible to all, angles so that I can make this brand viral.
I’ve built relationships with both local artist and international artist so that I can go global.
