Art is a way
of communication. My works always have direct messages and a recognizable
visual language, so this make them look like a meme, which is a modern way of
transmitting information. I address to variety of topics: from fairy tales to every day life and objects and finally to current agendas. I look around through the prism of post-truth
reality, where alteration of elements and scales is a lie, the image remains
recognizable and gives a delusive sense of truth - the victory of emotions over
facts. In nowadays the visual distortion is self-explanatory, as it forms a new
picture of reality. Synthetic hair - a material, that unites all objects, symbolizes the femininity, its strength and magic, that helps to manipulate the perception. This literally soft, anti-monumental material revives objects so you want to touch them. In the era of cyberspace subject of tangibility is more relevant than ever.
