Our
everyday life is like a marathon. The decline into a permanent state of stress,
in which demands and abilities no longer match, usually happens quite silently
and suddenly we have completely forgotten ourselves. What moves me? What
interests me? How do I get from this blockade into my own "flow," the
exhilarating feeling that makes me forget everything around me?
I
have found my flow in art. Through my work as a teacher, I realize every day
how important it is for the development of each individual to find an activity
in which one's own abilities and external demands match. Under my artist name
"Inpharial Art" I create abstract art with alcohol ink. When painting
with alcohol ink, I let myself be guided by the flowing movements of the ink on
the yupo paper or canvas, sinking into a mental state of complete immersion.
With warm air, I try to control the ink more and more as I work. This creates a
symbiotic relationship between me and the ink. Each of my works is a unique
recording of my own flow.
Through
my paintings I want to show the viewer that people in a flow state can create
unique and give an impetus to find exactly this state of deep concentration and
complete absorption in themselves. "Let yourself be inspired by the beauty
that can arise when you are with yourself!"
