Vera Lanciato was born in Agordo in 1993.
She studied graphic design and, after a working period, she graduated with a
bachelor’s and a master’s degree in visual arts at Brera Academy of Fine Arts.
She participated in a several exhibitions and initiatives, including Premio Acqua
dell’Elba 2021; the solo-exhibition “Non si torna a mani vuote dal bosco” for
TrentoArtPrize 2020; “Accademia Aperta 2020”, Brera Academy of Fine Arts, “One
Week”, Studio di Giuseppe Maraniello, Milan; Barrique’s Museum, Gibellina
Nuova.
Her works arise from a deep relationship with the place where she lives and
works: the Belluno Dolomites. Her works is configured as an analysis of social
thematics related on the role of art and humanity, creating an analysis between
these two elements and the nature in its broadest sense, involving landscapes,
animals and places.
