Milena Jovićević was born in 1976 in Cetinje, Montenegro.

She participated in numerous exhibitions in Montenegro and abroad (USA, China, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Greece, Turkey, Switzerland, United Kingdom, South Korea, Netherlands and Russia).
