Ziyi
Huang is an oil painter currently living and working in Hangzhou, China. His recent works are mainly landscapes, inspired by his
travels to Europe and mountains. He received Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the
China Academy of Art, where he is now studying for Doctoral degree. He studied
at the Cité International des Arts in Paris, France as exchange student. He has
been an external collaborative instructor for the Master of Fine Arts at Jimei
University since 2023. He is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA), International
Council of Visual Arts (ICVA), Association Sino-Française d'Échange d'Art (ASFEA), 90' Creative Art Society,
Zhejiang Artists Association and Zhejiang Association of Oil Painters. His
paintings have been exhibited in China, UK, France, Canada and Japan, and he
has held solo exhibitions in Hangzhou and Xiamen, China. His major awards
include Special Mention Award in "Art Vue Foundation 2022 Yearly
Prize", Silver Award (Student Group) in
"2022 the 5th Communication
Exhibition for Asia-Pacific Visual Arts", Fukuoka
Mayor's Award in "Pulse - Chinese Contemporary
Painting Exhibition", Excellence Award (Student
Group) in "Tiziano Vecelio – Maestro del
Rinascimentodal Cadore alla Cina", and Academic Nomination Award
in "The Realm of Greatness - Zhejiang
Oil Painting Exhibition". His works are collected by
Dafen Art Museum, Rizhao Art Gallery, Yuehu Art Gallery, Shanghai Young Art
