From the search for beauty and harmony come the illuminated paintings. The essence of my work is to give a twist to trompe l'oeil with light and volume. The need to create is something that exists within me since childhood and I have shaped it through fabrics, wallpaper, screens, light bulbs, brass, dry branches and other materials that inspire me when I see them. My creative process starts by choosing the fabrics or maybe they choose me, ... I visualize the way I want to give them light and volume. I love the change that they experience when I make them shine, the light changes everything, I like to play with volumes and perspectives, with the illusion that there is nothing and the magic that it transmits enlightened. I lean towards kind themes that bring serenity and beauty. I want that my illuminated paintings, the name which I decided to baptized my works, transmit originality, creativity and elegance. The search for elegance is a constant in my life and therefore in my work.
