Read MoreI am an Egyptian visual artist and painter based in Innsbruck, Austria. Trained academically in physics and chemistry, and self-taught as a painter, I approach painting as a space where memory, displacement, and perception can be transformed into visual form.
My work explores the unstable border between external reality and inner perception. Through acrylic painting, I create surreal landscapes, symbolic interiors, and distorted figures where gravity, scale, light, and memory no longer behave normally.
I use texture, color, and altered natural laws to make invisible psychological states visible, from hope and transition to absence, domination, dissociation, and shutdown. My paintings imagine emotional experiences as spaces the viewer can enter.
