Serena Comar was born in Latisana on June 12,
1986.
She lives and works in the Udine province as a teacher of
Physical Education, Design and Art
History.
She concluded a five year
course in Survey and Cataloguing of Cultural Assets and the Istituto
Statale d’Arte di Gorizia (2005),
participates successfully in various contests. She attends Enaip
courses in Digital Photography,
Photoshop, Restoration of small wooden boards and Mosaic
Restoration. A degree in Communications
and Didactics in Art (
2009, thesis mentors Dott. Michielon
and Dott. Nonveiller) at the Accademia
delle Belle Arti of Venice precedes
the specialization in Art Pedagogy and
Didactic (2010) at the same university. She studied painting with the master Comencini and Grazzi. In 2008 receives an Erasmus
scholarship and she travels to Cuenca, Spain, to continue her
artistic education, a city that leads in the education on new
expressive means. During her year abroad she participates in cultural
and artistic events promoted by the Universidad
de Castilla La Mancha..
She has taught art since 2012 in junior school.n Venice
she exhibits under curator Prof. Grazzi and Prof. Comencini, during
the workshops organized by the Accademia
di Belle Arti
( 2005, 2006, 2007) the series Indisiderabili
selected by the curator of the Accadé project to be held at the
Ikona
Gallery at
the Ghetto Nuovo ( 2007).
Exhibits a
series of pantings without title during the collective project
Incurabili
(Venewzia, 2007).
She carries out, during the
years 2009,2010 numerous mural paintings for medical-paediatric
studies, kindergartens and private homes.
