After finishing high school, fists few years I studied at the Medical School , but decided to drop out and pursues my childhood passion -- for art and design and continued my studies at the Tbilisi Academy of Arts for Industrial design. At the time Georgia was fighting for its independence from Soviet Union and country was engulfed in civil war. Among many Georgians I fled and arrived to US where I joined my sister, artist Eteri Chkadua. Since then I have been collaborating with her on art projects.
In 2001 and produced my first design, compact Magnet Pipe, that includes magnets. Magnet Pipe has been reviewed in various international magazines, including ID -- Industrial design International magazine, Bond and Lowdown (Germany), Spectacle (Japan) , etc.
Since 2011 I have been working and exhibited my Installations series : Colors Insulting To Nature, Alien Bloom , Brooklyn Nights made from disposable plastic containers in in Venice, Italy, Tbilisi, Georgia, NYC, Southampton, NY. Upcoming exhibition at MOMA Tbilisi.
Since 2009 I had designing Luvbomb
Presently designing AntiCovid dart/toy/jewelry/Interior and interior decor.
