Branchesi

Silvia Branchesi was born in Italy and currently lives and works in Berlin, Germany.

Branchesi is a visual artist. From 2009 to 2012 she has been involved in various art activities and has organized exhibitions and art festivals to promote the local artists in Italy. In 2012 she moved to London where she started new collaborations with other artists.

Her inspiration comes mainly from the inner self and memories as a reflection to social, and cultural issue that society faces. She often use candid snapshots and employs found objects and photographs. She has taken part in collective exhibitions locally and internationally.
