After spending many years in Paris ,where I was a high-level athlete and coach, I currently lives in the South of France, where I have set up his workshop in the middle of the Cévennes national park (Lozère - France).
I have always painted and painting came naturally to me.
I have always painted and draws my inspiration from Paris, the city of Lights and Art par excellence, from this strong, dense and galvanizing nature that surrounds me on a daily basis and in my childhood, a colorful and joyful period.
I have always used painting to soften the contours of a sometimes harsh world, by telling expressive stories.
I paint instinctively, almost like an impulse, and let the colors impose themselves. I produce abstract expressionist paintings; their particularity : a significant impasto of oil paints. For me, impasto expresses the figurative erasure of a dense nature to leave room for perception and an emotional and intimate language.
I also use the different techniques and materials (tar, mortar, oil, cold saponification technique) which have their own language and complement each other.
