Anna Stella Zucconi was born in 1984 in Massa, Italy. She lives and works in Pietrasanta, Tuscany.
After she studied at the Art Institute in Pietrasanta, in 2009 Anna graduated in Graphic Design at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara.
Anna was often a finalist in art competitions: in 2009 for the Graphic Section of the Mondadori Art Prize, in Palazzo della Permanente in Milan; in 2016 for the Painting and Drawing Section of the 8th edition of the Celeste Prize, in Oxo Tower in London.
Starting in 2013, she participated in several editions of “CAM-ON / Circuito OFF”, a contemporary art collective focusing on both new and established artists living around Versilia area.
In 2017 Anna attended the 5th edition of “SetUp Contemporary Art Fair” in Bologna, while represented by the BonelliLab Gallery of Canneto S/O (MN), Italy.
In 2018 she was selected to showcasing “Into my HollyWood” artwork, through Vehicle Projects and Banca BPM, directly in Piazza del Duomo in Pietrasanta.
In May 2018 Anna won the contest “Open Call”, announced by Magazzeno Art Gallery in Ravenna. The following 12th July she opened her personal show called “MONTAGNE RUSSE” at the Magazzeno Art Gallery.
Anna has been selected to take part, in December 2018, in the Michelangelo Reload Artistic Residence, taking place at “CAV – Fondazione Arti Visive” in Pietrasanta.
Between December 2018 and January 2019 she exhibited within the third edition of “Art adoption New Generation” in Cortona (AR), Italy.
In September 2019 Anna was among the artists selected by Popack to develop a cultural project, aiming at spreading art through merchandise.
In October 2020 she took part in the collective show “Young and Autochthonous”, at the Giovanni Bonelli gallery in Pietrasanta.
In May 2021 she took part in the collective show “duo #2”, at the Molin Corvo gallery, in Paris.
On the occasion of Paris Design Week 2021, with Molin Corvo Gallery, Anna takes part in a collective exhibition called “Artist Design”, which aims to highlight the thin line between art and design.
