Alexandra Knabengof was born
in Smolensk. At an early age with their parents moved to Moscow. Finished
MARHI. She worked as an interior designer, designer of clothes and prints for
shoes of her brands. Engaged in the development of logos for private companies.
She participated in the creation and design of several quests in Moscow for
"Claustrophobia". Professional skills improved on numerous workshops.
For a long time I drew for myself what my friends and acquaintances presented.
Having lost interest in the work of an interior designer because of the boring
designs that most customers choose, they plunged completely into art.
Designer own line of lamps and
interior decoration items.
A strong influence on the
views of Alexandra as an artist had a family breakdown at an early age. Masters
such as Salvador Dali, Freeda Cala and Hans Giger greatly influenced
Alexandra's work. He believes that the works should be a fantasy of the artist,
the ability to show their vision of some plot lines or images. And the nature
can be photographed on the phone and printed in a photo studio.
She writes mostly avant-garde
painting, surrealism mixed with abstract expressionism, futurism,
impressionism. Not afraid to try yourself in different new directions. Loves a
lot of color. Laying their unusual meaning in the vision of various images and
relationships between people, their love and loneliness, their strangeness and
singularity in ordinary details.
Member of the Eurasian Art
Union.
An active participant in
exhibitions and competitions.
According to the Greeks, philosophy is the love of
wisdom.
I believe that for the time being I am at the very
beginning of the path to the knowledge of the true meaning and perfect values.
Therefore, my philosophy is still naive and bright. Do not fall into the
routine, always strive for the new, discover this new not only for yourself,
but also for your loved ones. Share came revelations and emotions. And since my
wisdom is still young, then ethics in the work is still very young and
uncompromising. In my work, I still consider it the main ethical norm for
myself - do not lie! Trying that the pictures were born not from the head, but
from the soul. Do not succumb to trends - "fashionable, not fashionable."
Do not become hostage to marketing and the needs of trends.
To be honest with myself and
the canvas on which my next thought or emotion appeared. Even if this thought
is not the most rosy and beautiful. But - very honest.
